your family in sync.

Plug in the calendar and follow the on-screen guide. Choose your language, connect to Wi-Fi, confirm the time zone and time, then give the device a name. You can change these settings later.

Download Wanmine from the Apple App Store for iPhone or iPad, or from Google Play for Android. Use the Download App button on this page to open the correct store.

Open the Wanmine app, select Register, and enter a valid email address. Enter the verification code sent to your inbox, create a secure password, and finish your profile.

Use at least eight characters and combine letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing a password from another account.

In the app, open Family Management and choose Create Family. Enter a family name and family email, then set your member name and color.

Open the family in the app and create an invitation code. The code is valid for 24 hours. The invited person enters it in their app, and the family administrator approves the request.

A family is a shared space where members can see and manage calendars, events, tasks, lists, meals, and reminders together.

Family members can create and edit shared events, tasks, reminders, lists, and other family content, depending on the feature and permissions available.

Yes. One Wanmine account can belong to multiple families, and you can switch between them in the mobile app.

The person who creates the family becomes its administrator. The administrator manages family details, invitations, and members.

Invitation codes expire after 24 hours and must be entered exactly as shown. Ask the family administrator to create a new code if yours has expired.

Yes. Wanmine supports both orientations and automatically adjusts the layout when you rotate the device.

Sleep Mode turns off or dims the display during scheduled hours to save energy and reduce nighttime disturbance. You can set the schedule in Settings.

No. The small camera-like opening on the front is a light sensor used to help the device respond to ambient brightness.

Open Settings on the calendar and adjust the brightness control. Available options can vary slightly by software version.

Open Settings and choose the display or font-size option. Select the size that is easiest for your family to read.

Use the volume controls in Settings or the physical volume buttons on the device.

Child Lock limits access to sensitive settings and family information. When enabled, protected actions require the password or PIN you created.

The navigation bar appears on the left in landscape mode and along the bottom in portrait mode. The information bar at the top shows details such as device name, date, time, weather, and options.

Wanmine includes Day, Schedule, Week, and Month views. Switch views from the calendar navigation to match how much detail you want to see.

Tap the + button, add the title, date and time, then choose any optional details such as all-day, repeat, family member, calendar, description, guest email, location, or weather. Tap Save when finished.

Tap the event and choose Edit. For a repeating event, select whether your change applies to This Event, This and Future Events, or All Events.

Open the event and choose Delete. Repeating events let you delete only that occurrence, that event and future occurrences, or the entire series.

Yes. Events can repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. You can also choose when the repeating series ends.

Event times adjust to the time zone configured for each device or user, helping everyone see the appropriate local time.

No. A reminder is personal to the user or device where it was set, so each family member can choose their own notification timing.

Yes. The time format is a device-specific setting and can be changed without affecting other family members’ devices.

Event search is available in the Wanmine mobile app. Enter a word from the event title or details to find matching events.

Use the filter controls to show or hide events by family member or by a linked third-party calendar.

For family events, the assigned member’s color is used as the event background. Synced calendars can also use a selected theme color.

Yes. Add the guest’s email address when creating or editing the event. They will receive an invitation and later updates by email.

In the Wanmine app, open your family, choose Sync, then Sync New Calendar and Google. Select the account and family member, choose the available sync direction, authorize access, select the calendars and theme, then tap Sync.

Open Family → Sync → Sync New Calendar → Outlook. Sign in to authorize Wanmine, choose the calendar, member and color theme, then start the sync.

In iCloud, make the calendar public and copy its share link. In Wanmine, add a new iCloud or ICS calendar, paste the URL, choose a member and theme, then sync. iCloud uses one-way ICS sync.

Copy the shareable Cozi calendar URL, then paste it into a new linked calendar in Wanmine. Choose the family member and theme before syncing.

Open Yahoo Calendar in a browser, copy its shareable ICS link, then add that link as a new calendar in Wanmine. Choose the member and theme and start the sync.

One-way sync brings supported changes from the external calendar into Wanmine, but Wanmine changes do not go back. Two-way sync sends supported changes in both directions. Two-way sync is currently available for Google; Outlook and ICS links are one-way.

Open the family’s Sync list, select the connected calendar, and delete or disconnect it. Its imported events are removed from that Wanmine family without deleting the original external calendar.

Yes. Open the synced calendar’s settings and change the assigned family member. The displayed color will follow the newly assigned member or theme.

Yes. Open the calendar in the Sync settings and select a different theme color.

A newly created sub-calendar may require authorization again. Reauthorize the connected account, then select the new calendar for syncing.

Google Tasks are not currently included in calendar sync. Create the task directly in Wanmine if you need it visible to your family.

Google’s Birthdays calendar cannot currently be synced directly as a standard calendar. Birthday events may need to be added through another supported calendar.

Yes. Family lists sync across connected Wanmine devices and apps so everyone can see the latest version.

Yes. Other family members can add, edit, complete, or delete shared list items.

Press and hold an item, then drag it to the position you want.

In the mobile app, swipe left on the item. On the calendar device, use Select and then Delete.

Not currently. Create the item in the destination list, then delete it from the original list.

Press and hold the list, then edit its name or select a new color.

Recipes can be organized into Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks with ingredients and methods. Add recipes in the mobile app, then use them in the weekly meal planner.

Yes. Create the meal directly from the Meal page. Choose Save to Recipes if you want to reuse it later.

Yes. A meal can repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, and you can choose an end date.

You can edit the default category names and colors in the mobile app and hide categories you do not use. Category visibility is local to each app or device and does not sync.
